CAFÉ AU LÄ – Height-adjustable glass railing
Create a more comfortable outdoor space
Create a more sheltered and comfortable outdoor space – whether it’s a patio or balcony at home, a restaurant terrace or a waterfront setting. With one simple movement, you can create protection from windy summer days and chilly autumn evenings – and open up when the weather is beautiful and the sun is shining.
Our Designs
CAFÉ AU LÄ is a modern, maintenance-free system for height-adjustable glass railings. We offer several customisable designs to create the perfect solution for every unique outdoor environment. All our products are designed and manufactured in Sweden with great care and many years of experience.
Our height-adjustable glass railings can often be installed without planning permission.
Classic
The height-adjustable glass is balanced by a counterweight, making it very easy to operate. The low operating force allows the height to be easily adjusted as needed – whether sitting or standing, the glass can be smoothly raised or lowered with one hand. The counterweight also allows the glass to stay in the desired position without the need for locking. We also offer a glass counterweight for those who prefer a more discreet and streamlined design.
Premium
CAFÉ AU LÄ Premium offers the same smooth operation and ease of use as Classic, but with a polished glass edge for a more exclusive and refined look. This makes Premium a natural choice for modern outdoor environments.
Diamond
CAFÉ AU LÄ Diamond is based on the same proven functionality as Classic but features three polished glass edges for an even more exclusive and sophisticated look. The carefully considered design creates a refined overall appearance where aesthetics and functionality come together seamlessly.
Electric
CAFÉ AU LÄ is also available with electric operation, without a counterweight. The height-adjustable glass is controlled via a wireless remote control or wall switch. Installation of the electric CAFÉ AU LÄ requires a qualified electrician.
Colour and materials
Our railings are supplied as standard in natural anodised aluminium with clear laminated safety glass. You can, of course, customise the colour and choice of materials to create anything from a sleek and elegant to a more playful design:
• Frame in any standard RAL colour
• Glass options including opal film, patterned or tinted glass
